All international orders, including
Canada, are shipped Standard Airmail. These orders may take longer
than the number of days noted above.
Orders shipped to countries outside
of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes and customs once
the item reaches your country. Designer Handbags City cannot predict
what these fees may be. Please note that you are responsible
for customs charges and customs clearance.
Because we ship by USPS Priority Mail shipping to P.O. Boxes is possible but is based on the rules of your local post office.
If you would like a tracking number please contact us after your order has been placed. Please supply your Name, Order Number and Date of Order. We will then send you a tracking number for that order.
At Designer Handbags City, we pride ourselves
on keeping our customers satisfied with our merchandise. If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return
the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for
a full refund, less shipping costs. All returned items must
be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged
to avoid damage in shipping. YOU MUST email us first for a return number before sending back item(s). This number must be written on the outside of the box so our recieving department can identify it. The return number must also be written on the invoice or copy of the invoice included inside the return.
We are unable to accept returns
on used, damaged or merchandise returned more than 30 days
after delivery or item(s) without a valid return number. Please do not send us items that do not
meet these conditions, as we cannot issue refunds for non-qualifying
merchandise and cannot return the merchandise to you.
