Ordering Methods

We prefer that you order via our website however if you need to speak with someone reguarding larger orders please send us and email and we will have someone get back to you. We have designed our website in such a way to give our customers a satisfying on-line shopping experience.

 

Payment Methods

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, Money Orders & Bank Checks . If paying with a money order or bank check please complete order as usual, stop when payment page comes up and contact us. All checks will need to clear before we ship order. For PayPal orders you can simply use the shopping cart in the same manner you would credit cards, there will be a choice to pay with "PayPal" as your form of payment.

 

Shipping Policy

FREE Shipping for U.S. Orders over $50
*Not Included on wholesale orders (See wholesale info)

Designer Handbags City has chosen USPS Priority Mail as its preferred carrier. We use USPS to ship items within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and international locations. Shipping cost (Orders under $50) is calculated based upon weight of order and distance to ship. Our shopping cart should calculate this amount before payment is made. If your an International Order or an APO Order where the cart can't calculate shipping we will add in your shipping after the sale and email you the totals. Orders usually are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Because of fraud situations we reserve the right to ship to the credit card bill-to address when needed.

Orders over $200 will be shipped to bill-to address.

International Customs - Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes and customs once the item reaches your country. Designer Handbags City cannot predict what these fees may be. Please note that you are responsible for customs charges and customs clearance. Since our system may not be able to figure International shipping charges may be added on after order is places.

 

Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can EMAIL US FOR A RMA# approval. This MUST be your first step for all returns. Upon recieving the RMA# simply return the unused item(s) in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Returned items must be sent back to us in their original boxes, orginal wrapping and properly packed to avoid damage in shipping. The RMA # must also be written on the outside of the box and the invoice or a copy of the invoice which should be included inside. (Failure to follow these steps will result in a refusal, at the customers expense).

We are unable to accept returns on used, damaged or merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery, except for November & December orders where we will allow 60 days because of the holiday. All items returned without a RMA# or following above instructions will be refused and sent back at customers expense or incur a 25% restocking fee.

NOTE: Returns are not permitted on wholesale orders, we can issue a store credit however.

Please try not to call our offices by phone with return information, our phone lines get very busy and return numbers will be provided through email. This also helps our help desk log inquirys they encounter without a lot of confusion. Please email us at info@designer-handbags-city.com for return information. We do answer our emails but if for some reason your emails are not getting though then by all means call our office.

Sales Tax

Designer Handbags City charges sales tax on orders shipped to locations in the state of Pennsylvania, as required by law.

Learn more about a specific product by clicking on the product image to view a larger photo and description of the item;

Add your choice to your Shopping Bag if you want to browse for more items by clicking on the button labeled "Add to Shopping Bag;" and

Once you have reviewed your order, click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT."

Purchase

Complete your purchase on our secure server in a few simple steps. If you have purchased from us before, simply log in as a member and you will not need to input your information again.

If you do not remember your password, enter your e-mail address and we will e-mail you your password. Your e-mail is used as your personal identification and it allows us to keep track of your order.

Select a shipping address. We can ship items to your billing address, or a specific shipping address.

To look over the items in your Shopping Bag, click on the Shopping Bag. Once you have reviewed your order, you may add or delete items, continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking on the appropriate buttons.

 

Checkout

If you are shopping at Designer Handbags City for the first time, you can choose to register or checkout your items without registering. Registering with us gives you the convenience of a quicker shopping experience. Once we have your information on file, you will never have to enter this information again. You can choose not to enter this information but you will be required to type in your billing and shipping information every time you shop with us. We do not store your credit card information even when you register. Every time you place an order, you need to enter your credit card information again.

If you decide to register, you need to select a password. Your password must be between 5 to 8 characters.

After entering this information, click on "CONTINUE." Then you will be asked to enter your shipping address, the address to which you are sending the item and the billing address. In many instances, these two addresses are the same.

 

Order Details

Sales tax - Applicable sales tax is added only on orders shipped to states where we are required to collect and remit sales tax. Designer Handbags City is required by law to charge sales tax to orders shipped to the state of Pennsylvania.

Confirmation - You will receive an e-mail confirmation including a summary of your order when your order is processed.
